Apple doughnut
250g apple doughnut recipe:
Peel and grate/mash 70g of apple. In a bowl, mix 90g flour, 35g sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, combine 30g milk, 15g melted butter, and 10g beaten egg. Mix wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the apple.
For baking, spoon into greased doughnut molds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes. For frying, chill the dough, shape into rings or balls, and fry at 170–180°C until golden. Optional: coat with cinnamon, seeds, sugar or glaze. Yaamm!
