Fruit cake
Dry fruit cake recipe for 250g:
Cream 100g butter with 100g sugar, then beat in 2 eggs. Mix in 100g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Fold in 100g chopped mixed dry fruits (like raisins, dates, and nuts) soaked in 1 tbsp milk or orange juice. Pour into a greased 6-inch pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
